“Birds in Art Museum Show Opening”

This two month show features the selected paintings of the Birds in Art Exhibition, sponsored by Lee Yawkey Woodson Art Museum. This is a great opportunity to see some of the top bird paintings from artists all over the world. All different styles and mediums are represented, and worth a day trip up to view both the show and the gardens at Brookgreen.

“Cashiers Paint Out”

Location: Cashiers – Village Green NC

This is a week long painting event. 20 artists from around the country will gather to paint the mountainous landscape in the Cashiers area. Artwork will be for view and sale throughout the week. There will be an auction on Friday night and a quick draw on Saturday. Reception: 7/20/2012
